A land legacy, built to be passed on

Saheb Group was founded in 1992, with Mamta Singh as a founder member and Pradeep Singh as Chairman. From its base in New Delhi, the group built a holding of prime land along the Dwarka Expressway in Gurugram — including Saheb Business Bay in Sector 104.

Rather than build only one way, Saheb Group both partners with India's leading developers — Hero Homes and Ansal — and develops its own projects, such as Saheb Square and Kaushalya Towers. Every landmark carries our land, and our name.

As the family looks ahead, the next generation is stepping in to steward the land and grow these partnerships for the years to come.
